All our ovens go through four stages of cleaning, servicing and testing prior to being delivered. Our ovens come with a 3 months warranty and prices include delivery, positioning and commissioning.
4 Steps of Reconditioning
- The used machine is taken apart and cleaned thoroughly; finger panels and the belt are placed in a soda tank to remove the build-up of unwanted grease and food particles.
- An engineer then services and replaces old or faulty parts such as bearings, fans and controllers.
- The machine is once again thoroughly cleaned and polished.
- Finally the machine is subject to extensive testing and is certified by a ‘GAS SAFE’ registered engineer that the oven is ready for delivery and installation.
